We are about to make a big decision in the history of our company.  After studying the problem of health care we have decided that it would be in our best interest and that of our employees if we invested in small business medical insurance.  Then the question became what insurance should we buy that would give what coverage.  Rather than make that decision ourselves we gave our employees a survey that covered the various plans that were in our cost range.  We felt our employees would be happiest if they had a part in picking the plan that best met their needs.
