It has recently come to my attention that there is a growing movement to end the unethical treatment of laborers in poor and developing countries.  The most recognized market for this unethical treatment appears to be in the textile industry.  Although, there are is not a specific monitoring agency that certified whether a company supports ethical clothing or not, you can keep an eye open for some labels that do help us identify Ethical Designer Clothing and fair products.  I learned of these union labels online.  There are also very large, recognizable clothing companies that promote the sales of ethical clothing.
