The Room 208 Blog

My best friend was absolutely right.  We took her recommendation and my husband and I are spending the weekend at the same bed and breakfast in Cavan where they stayed on their holiday.  The guest house is so beautiful it is almost beyond description.  Our room is done in pink and white, pink being my favorite color, and furnished with a king-size bed and comfy chairs.  The view from our window is breathtaking.  The hills surround the grounds and are reflected in the water of the river.  The first day I went exploring on the walking trails while my husband fished in the nearby lake.  The weekend was over too soon and we told the owners we would be back for our week long holiday in the summer.
