I just learned how to snowboard and so that classifies me as a beginner.  My mom and dad gave me money so I could buy the exact board that I wanted.  I started my shopping and decided it would be best to call around and look online.  When I called the store in my town about the snowboard bindings the salesman asked me if I wanted strap on or step-ins.  I told him I was not sure just what I needed because this will be my first snowboard and I am just learning.  He told me it would be best if I came into the store and let him help me.

I work in a small hardware, and part of my job is to help customers choose the products they need. They say that no one gives better tips to customers when it comes to lighting fixtures than me. I am trying to convince them to let me sell the used forklift parts to bring in some money for our Christmas party. They told us that we wouldn’t be having one this year due to the economy. That will be a real bummer for everyone as it’s the highlight of our year. I know cancelling the party will result in a drop in morale. My boss seemed to think it was a good idea but did not know if I could truly get much money for the parts. We’ll see.

I called a friend of mine the other day, and I told him that I needed to talk to him about something very important.  He asked me what it was, and I told him that I was in a pretty bad position.  I needed to apply for one of those secured home loans so I could make my first home payment, but I didn’t have anything that I could put up for an asset.  I asked my friend if I could put his car on there.  It would require him to sign off on it.  I told him that I would not lose his car, I just needed something to get started.
