Hey, I am Lucas from Texas. I was born and brought up on a ranch in a town near Austin. Since 20 years, I have been running a small industrial unit that manufactures spare parts of vehicles. I plan to expand my business which is going great guns. Although I wish to expand my business, I loath the thought of a bag full of liabilities. If I face a hundred liabilities, then when will I get any time to pursue my true passion- horse riding? After much thought, I've reached the conclusion that a limited liability corporation is the way to go.
