I don’t have a website. Can anyone tell me a few ideas that I can use to promote a business from home without having a website? At the moment it just seems like I end up at a brick wall. Does anybody have any experience of them and if they found them a benefit or not?

I have been trying to collect a list of tax defaulted homeowners for a while now. How can i get a list of tax delinquent homeowners? If I get such a list, I am planning to send mails to a group of homeowners from that list. What are the fees apart from property tax they charge? Will this plan work? Hope someone will throw light on this matter.

I'm interested in buying tax lien certificates. My town has tax liens on about 13 properties which will go to property tax auction in next few days. Can the property be purchased for just the amount of the back taxes (plus interest)? My friend, the adjoining neighbour of one of these properties went to the town to get the figure owed on this property and the town refused to give it. How can they refuse to divulge this public information? The house has been used for drugs and the town finally decided to auction it off because someone fell off the roof. If there's anyone who can shed some light on these questions, I would greatly appreciate it.

There seems to be any number of appealing mlm opportunities available these days. Our researchers haven't analyzed them all, but based upon the appeal of those for the participants–most of them look as though they could put money in your pockets. However, don't ever delude yourself into thinking that multi-level marketing won't cost you anything nor require much of your time, or work on your part. Medical billing includes the processes of both submitting claims and following up on claims made to various private and public insurance companies, in order that the proper payments for services rendered can be received by doctors and health care professionals.
Also, medical billing is one of the fastest growing jobs in any field. With the explosion of growth in the health care field in general, medical billers have experienced demand and growth that is seldom seen in the job/profession market.
However, medical billing (or medical coding as it is sometimes called) is becoming increasingly more complex in both scope and implementation. The main reason why this is so is that most health maintenance operations (HMO’s), individual hospitals, individual doctors/physicians, public and private insurance companies, as well as many government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid — each of these may have their own proprietary or custom electronic medical records systems (or sometimes known as EMR).

I’m interested in foreclose and tax liens. I understand this as a government business. I am interested in a piece of property that looks to be abandoned. I have been to town hall and they have informed me that it is not on the market, however, the person who is responsible for the property have not paid the taxes on it for the last two years. Can I pay the taxes owed and continue paying them to eventually own the property? Is there any rules concerning this matter?
