If you are having extreme financial difficulties and experiencing harassment from your creditors, you may need to consider declaring personal bankruptcy. Ch 7 bankruptcy is considered liquidation of non-exempt assets. In other words, some of your assets are sold for cash to pay off your existing debts. However, many times, debtors do not possess any non-exempt assets.
Most states normally exempt assets such as the debtor’s home, furniture, home furnishings, cars and clothing up to a certain amount. For example, if you are single the amount could be up to $30,000, and if you are married, it could be up to $60,000. In other words, if you file Ch 7 Bankruptcy, you should be able to keep your home, cars and furniture. However, you will still need to make payments if they are owed.

I’d really like for my estate not to end up in the hands of the IRS. So I’m checking out
Charitable Lead Trusts Charitable Uni-Trusts. Looks like a good potential way to go.
Everything I have read about
Taxation Of Charitable Remainder Trusts makes me thing that this is a good idea. I’d hate to see the bulk of my estate end up in the hands of the IRS.
Now comes the difficult part: informing my family of my decision. They’re all well provided for, of course, but they will object anyway.
I’ll be looking forward to your comments.

Hey, I am Lucas from Texas. I was born and brought up on a ranch in a town near Austin. Since 20 years, I have been running a small industrial unit that manufactures spare parts of vehicles. I plan to expand my business which is going great guns. Although I wish to expand my business, I loath the thought of a bag full of liabilities. If I face a hundred liabilities, then when will I get any time to pursue my true passion- horse riding? After much thought, I've reached the conclusion that a limited liability corporation is the way to go.

Employers have to be especially sure about the reliability of their employees before they hire them. In many cases, this will mean having a criminal record background check conducted on job applicants and employees alike. This is especially important when the jobs involve working with children or require a certain level of security. In Colorado, there are quite few private investigative agencies that can perform a colorado criminal record check for your firm at a nominal cost. There are other kinds of checks that a firm may consider running, like a driving record check, for instance.
