Payment Protection- Preparing For The Unknown

August 13th, 2008 by admin

Although, you can plan all you want, in the long run, you're never really 100% prepared for what can happen. The best way to curve any bumps in the road are to set up a mortage payment protection plan that will benefit you and your family. Typically, there's just a small monthly fee that you'll pay, but the small fee is pretty minimal compared to the benefits of many of the available plans. You can talk with your lender or insurance provider for any available protection plans that may help you prepare for the little unexpected events in the future; you should be able to find something affordable and worthwhile.

Thoughts On Retirement Loans

August 3rd, 2008 by admin

I really need to learn more about
Retirement Loans. I’m having a rough go of it, though.
I’ve been scouring the Internet researching Small Structured Annuity Loans, but it’s tough to know who’s offering legitimate info, and who is selling snake oil.
It’s tough to know whether to borrow against my annuity, sell it outright, or just keep things as they are. I could certainly use some liquidity right now, but is that a good long-term choice? Who can say?
I’m sure it will all work out. I’m just ready to be done with it.
Your comments are welcome as always.

Researching Financing Medical School

August 3rd, 2008 by admin

Medical school is shockingly expensive these days. Researching
Financing Medical School is a depressing process at best.
Researching
Financing Medical School has caused me to lose more than one night of sleep. It looks like I’ll be in debt for most of my life.
Even on a doctor’s salary, it’s hard to imagine paying off that level of debt load.
I’m sure I’ll have more to say about this down the line.

February 4th, 2008 by admin

There are almost an infinite number of options when it comes to mortgages, especially in the more developed markets. For people of normal means, there are lots and lots of options to choose from. Of course, this necessarily means that no single mortgage loan could be treated in exactly the same way. An amortization calculator mortgage payment  tool will help determine payment schedules and help you gauge if a plan would be suitable for a reasonably expected inflow of cash. It is important to use this tool and others like it as the consequences of getting the wrong kind of loan could be quite dire.

Mortgage Foreclosure?—Consider A Forbearance Or A Moratorium

January 17th, 2008 by admin

If a borrower is looking for a short term resolution to stop mortgage foreclosure, he should consider a forbearance or a moratorium. These are options in which a person is allowed to temporarily postpone his payments for a brief period. The borrower must bear in mind that when this period has ended, the lender will issue another means to bring the account up to date and stop mortgage foreclosure.
