Solving the Constipation Riddle

January 11th, 2009 by admin

Many of us that deal with constapation are not really sure what is causing the problem in the first place. We tend to take over-the-counter medications in order to solve the problem but that may not be doing the trick on a permanent basis. In order to overcome constipation, we really need to hydrate our bodies to the extent where it is not looking for water in odd places. Believe it or not, the body will actually squeeze water out of the material that is traveling through our intestines. Hydrate yourself and you will see the problem go away.

Lung Cancer Indicators

January 9th, 2009 by admin

The history of lung cancer has witnessed that there are no prominent signs in the early stages of lung cancer. This is a pity because this form of cancer is curable if diagnosed in the early stages. The lung cancer symptoms set it eventually when the cancer develops to a certain stage. Some of the most common symptoms are fever, chest pain, spitting blood when coughing, and other respiratory discomforts. The best way to prevent this is to be vigilant. Generally people who are over the age of 45 years are at more risk of getting lung cancer. How Does Lap RNY Work?

December 21st, 2008 by admin

I have been told by my doctor that I really need to lose a lot of weight if I want to avoid having health complications. He said that if I was interested I would qualify for Lap Rny surgery, so I am trying to do a bit of research into this type of surgery to find out more about it. How does this type of surgery work, and does insurance usually cover it? I am worried about the possible complications that might occur with laproscopic surgery as well. Can anyone tell me more about my options for weight loss surgery?

What is next in my life

December 12th, 2008 by admin

So I just graduated high schools last spring and I have no idea what I want to do with the rest of my life.  I decided that I did not want to go to college right away, if ever.  I am thinking that maybe I would like to go to Beauty School, but I am really not sure.  I do like the idea of maybe having my own salon one day, I think that would be pretty awesome.  I just do not know if I have the dedication to want to actually go and put forth the effort to finish.  I don’t know, maybe I will just take my time deciding what I want and make it good.

The new craze in exercise

December 2nd, 2008 by admin

There is a new craze in exercise wear that allows people to add more function to their exercise program. By recycling the heat in your body you can actually make yourself sweat. I know what your thinking, who wants to sweat? Sweating is actually a natural way to purge the body of toxins and impurities, in fact other than cooling us off this is why we sweat. There is a great Mens Sauna Suit (also available in women’s) that I found that worked very well at making me sweat while I ran on the treadmill, and I have to say after a few weeks I felt amazing. I drank much more water too which helped the body rehydrate.
