Document Management Standards
February 24th, 2008 by adminOur archive og documents is rapidly approaching a point where it will be unmanageable. It’s time to institute some
document management standards. We need to be able to find information quickly when we need it, and our presnt system isn’t cutting it.
In particular, I’ve been looking at Online Document Management as a way to help us get our act together. Someone has to do something before we all drown in paper.
Of course the real hassle will be getting management to sign off on the document management standards. They’re tight fisted, but they’re just going to have to fork over the money for this one.
