The Room 208 Blog

Now my system is running very slow, as if I had many programs running at once. Most of the scans indicated multiple virus/spyware files and I deleted those. Everything was going well until my father infected the family computer with ultimate defender. There's a window that randomly pops up every once in a while, saying I have spyware, then proceeds to "scanning" my computer and asks if I want to fix my computer. Please help. Thanks in advance.
