Like to play your music loud? If so, I hope you are using protection for your ears. There are many types of hearing protection equipment available today. Earplugs come in plastic and foam. The foam types are rolled in your fingers and inserted into the ear canals. They then swell into your ears to form a barrier from the noise. Headphone hearing protection are worn on top of the head and simply limit the amount of noise allowed to enter your ears. If you work or play around a lot of noise consider aquiring earplugs or headphones to protect your hearing; a most precious asset.
