Food Remedies For Migraines

Foods that contain omega-3 fatty acids such as fish can be taken. Flaxseed caplets or fish oil is the alternative for those who does not want to eat. Peppermint tea and foods containing magnesium such as spinach are also good remedies for migraines.
On the other hand, there are also some foods that cause intense headaches. Foods with yeast and tannins such as wine and grapes should be avoided. Also, foods that have high sodium content should also not be taken. Cafffine intake must be kept under check as well.
