I had to listen to the basics of roofing during my entire trip.
November 30th, 2007 by adminI got word that my father was ill. He was in the hospital, and although my mom said there was no need for me to come home, I felt I should be there. I have a fear of flying, and my car was in the shop, so I decided to rent a car and drive to my hometown. When I pulled out of the parking lot, a cd was playing on the car stereo. I was barely paying attention, but after I got on the main highway, I noticed it was about the basics of roofing. I tried to remove the cd, but it would not eject from the player. I tried to switch to the radio, but the mode button did not seem to be functioning properly. I attempted to turn the stereo off, but the power button was not working either. I would have pulled over and removed the fuse that powers the sound system, if I had known that it would not affect any other components of the acr that I may need to use. I thought I would simply turn down the volume and no longer need to listen to the cd, but that button, like the others, was not adjustable. I listened to the cd for seven long hours. It kept replaying, over and over again. My father was discharged from the hospital a few days later. I left, and once again listened to the cd for seven hours. When I returned the car, I told the clerk of the problem. I was refunded some of my money for the inconvenience.
