I was at very good position in my company, when I got married. I used to be very serious about my career and did not want to loose my position. My husband was also very supportive. We planned our first baby after 4 years of marriage. At that time, I was very confused about how will I manage my work throughout my pregnancy and after the delivery. I was fearing of loosing my position. But then one colleague of mine told me about parental leave policy. What a relief I felt with that information. I just made use of my Parental leave and enjoyed being mother without any fear of loosing my position. I am still very thankful to my colleague who helped me at the time of need.
