When I qualified for medical school as a cosmetic surgeon I really did not have much idea as to how I should go about finding my first Cosmetic Surgery Position, and it was only after talking to a fellow student that I looked at an online medical recruitment agency which specializes in finding medical positions for suitably qualified people, including those just fresh out of college. I was glad that I took his advice, because the agency set me up with several interviews with some very good cosmetic surgery hospitals and within a matter of months I had landed my first full paid position. I have moved jobs several times since then, and I’ve always used an online recruitment agency to find me a new position because it is one of the easiest ways to go job hunting in today’s market
